Animal protein is a potent carcinogen. Studies have shown the cancer promoting effects of animal protein after a series of lab experiments. One of the most significant studies done was using the primary protein in dairy products--casein. The researchers injected rats with aflatoxin, a carcinogen known to cause liver cancer, and then the rats were fed a diet containing 5% of this protein and the second group of rats were fed a diet containing 20% of this protein. None of the rats on the low-protein diet developed liver cancer--ALL the rats on the high protein diet developed liver cancer. Why doesn't everyone know this information?
I know this information sounds unbelievable, because most of us grew up being taught all the benefits of dairy and meat....but now we know this information is what's making people so sick. The scientific studies and research that has been done proving this over and over again is staggering. But, this is good news because we have CONTROL over our HEALTH...we can all have excellent health!! In the past people were led to believe their health was "all in their genes"--I am here to tell you that information is not the WHOLE story.
Some people may be predisposed to certain diseases that have been prevalent in their family, but "something" has to trigger the gene to express itself. By eating the "right" foods, those particular "bad genes" never have to be "woken up"..they can remain dormant never causing harm.
Just knowing we have the POWER to CONTROL our health is the best news there is!! Why not start taking CONTROL of your health right now? Start cutting out all the processed and artificial foods...my rule is nothing more than 5 ingredients and you must know what all the ingredients are. Once all the processed foods are out of your diet, then begin to eliminate meat---beef, pork, chicken, turkey, fish...anything with a face or a mother. Animal protein will be replaced with plant protein--beans--loaded with protein---as well as so many different vegetables--leafy greens have protein--nuts, etc. Then, start eliminating dairy---milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, etc. Eliminating dairy is a little difficult for many people---I know it was hard for me---but, once you avoid it for three to four weeks, so many "issues" disappear and you FEEL GREAT!! The cravings go away--and you are replacing all kinds of vegetables, fruits, beans, and whole grains which are giving your body everything it needs to thrive, detoxify itself and begin to repair any damage that may have been done.
The medical profession does not hold a candle next to Mother Nature...
