This way of eating is so POWERFUL, that if you are on any type of blood pressure or blood sugar lowering medication, you will need to work with your physician, because many times in less than a week, people need to lower their dose of medications if not eliminate it all together--but this must be done under the guidance of your physician.
So, if you are ready to take this challenge, in the next four weeks leading up to our start date, (May 1st), I will be posting instructions to get your pantry and refrigerators stocked and ready. Remember, we will be eating from these FOUR FOOD GROUPS: Vegetables, Fruits, Whole Grains and Legumes.
