On May 1st, we will be starting a 30 DAY CHALLENGE--for 30 days we will be eating delicious, nutritious, HEALTH PROMOTING foods!  This "lifestyle" will not only "detoxify" your body, but you will be able to lower blood pressure, lower blood sugar, lower cholesterol and LOSE WEIGHT all with food!!  There is absolutely NO OTHER DIET out there that has been scientifically PROVEN to PREVENT DISEASE, STOP THE PROGRESSION OF DISEASE, and many times, REVERSE DISEASE--a Whole Food Plant Based Diet (WFPB) is the ONLY DIET that has been scientifically proven to do this.  Because this "diet" has been proven to get people off medications and lose weight, several insurance companies are requesting that their participating physicians become educated in a WFPB diet so they can teach their patients the benefits of eating this way.  Of course, the insurance companies will be saving a boat-load of money--healthy patients do not require any medications or procedures.

This way of eating is so POWERFUL, that if you are on any type of blood pressure or blood sugar lowering medication, you will need to work with your physician, because many times in less than a week, people need to lower their dose of medications if not eliminate it all together--but this must be done under the guidance of your physician.

So, if you are ready to take this challenge, in the next four weeks leading up to our start date, (May 1st), I will be posting instructions to get your pantry and refrigerators stocked and ready.  Remember, we will be eating from these FOUR FOOD GROUPS:  Vegetables, Fruits, Whole Grains and Legumes.  

All the instructions, tips and tricks will be posted right here on my Blog Page in the upcoming weeks to help get you prepared for this challenge.

I hope you will join us......I guarantee that if you try this, you will be AMAZED at how good you will FEEL, how much more energy you will have and watch the scale head SOUTH--all with EATING!!

I eat very little meat but I’m a bit of a carbie! Meaning bread!! Would like to be more veggie!

Eating very little meat is a step in the right direction. Should you decide to try this challenge, you will be filling your plate with plenty of delicious, nutritious veggies. if your goal is to just get more vegetables into your diet, I will have some great recipes for you to try.
