When our immune system works the way it was designed to work, it is able to fight off the toxins we are exposed to, viruses, all different kinds of germs as well as cancer cells that may form. When our immune system is performing properly, it targets all of these "foreign invaders" very efficiently, kills them off, and leaves our healthy cells alone. Most people don't realize we have all kinds of "harmful" invaders in our bodies, but our immune system takes care of them and disposes of them without our knowledge. Our immune system is brilliant!!
So our first goal is to have a very healthy and strong immune system. How do we achieve that? The ONLY WAY to BUILD a POWERFUL IMMUNE SYSTEM is through FOOD. This is GREAT news because that means EVERYONE has in their power the ability to have a powerful immune system!
